Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager . The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key accounts, conducting market analysis, and preparing sales reports. The role involves regular interaction with clients and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Strategic planning and market analysis experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Experience in the lubrication supplies industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
