2. Gain an in-depth understanding of trading business and market rules, designing and implementing matching algorithms and strategies that comply with trading regulations.

3. Handle high concurrency requests in the trading system, ensuring that order matching speed and system response time meet business requirements.

4. Perform performance tuning and architectural optimization for various core modules of the trading matching system (such as order matching, matching algorithms, order book management, etc.).

5. Design and implement high-performance, low-latency matching algorithms based on market demand and business changes, ensuring the fairness, accuracy, and efficiency of trade matching.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, or related fields.

2. Over 5 years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years of experience in developing trading systems (such as securities, futures, forex, etc.) in the financial sector.

3. Experience in designing and developing high-concurrency, low-latency systems, and familiarity with the business processes and core technologies of financial trading systems.

4. Proficient in distributed system design, with knowledge of messaging queues, databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.), and caching technologies, capable of designing and optimizing large-scale trading systems.

5. Familiarity with high-performance computing, memory management, and concurrent programming, with the ability to design low-latency matching engines and algorithms.
