Description
- Reads and follows recipes
- Prepares ingredients to be used in baking as required by the recipe ensuring proper food safety handling.
- Baking of menu items in cooperation with other kitchen staffs
- Ensures all food and other ingredients are properly stored.
- Maintains high standards of food safety and personal hygiene
- Ensure that all baked products are consistently prepared and served in accordance with Banh Mi Kitchen’s recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Has relevant background and experience in baking
- Has certification in Tesda Baking NC II
