Description

As Building Administrator

· Ensure implementation of housekeeping and security standards

·Promote tenant relations – address concerns in relation to common areas and regular unit works within a reasonable amount of time; ensure compliance to stipulations of the lease contract

· Supervise and direct day-to-day operation of the building admin office

·Manage all building administration staff and ensure that they meet minimum work standards for their position

· Draft/review lease contract under the direction of Corporate Counsel


As Corporate Pollution Control and Safety Officer

· Attend to all the documentary requirements pertaining to pollution control and safety

· Coordinate/supervise accredited PCO of the branch/property and ensure that government requirements are complied with

·Monitor environmental permits and ensure that they are renewed in a timely manner to avoid penalties

·Liaise with DENR and other government agencies on compliance and permits

·Develop applicable policies and standards pertaining to safety and environmental concerns


As Project Management Support

· Assist team in managing construction projects including but not limited to application of permits, monitoring and maintaining records of expenses, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any Business-related courses
  • At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in leasing and administrative duties preferably in supervisory or officer capacity
  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs and social media platforms
  • Must be good in oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • With strong interpersonal skills
