Description
- Responsible for developing procurement plans to ensure timely product supply.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Monitor inventory and adjust procurement strategies as needed.
- Organize procurement documentation and track order progress.
- Analyze market trends and assess supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement compliance and protect the company's interests.
Requirements
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience
- Skills and Abilities: Familiarity with procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, good communication and coordination abilities, strong data analysis skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for supplier contact, selection of procurement items, management of purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels
- Work Environment: Office environment, may include on-site visits with suppliers
- Qualities and Characteristics: Honest and trustworthy, patient and detail-oriented, proactive, teamwork spirit
