We are seeking a dynamic and driven Capital Acquisitions Manager to join our team and spearhead fundraising efforts for El Rogue, a highly anticipated 10-episode film series. The role is exclusive to this project, which is powered by TMG Entertainment and poised for significant returns, with guaranteed investor residual earnings through view counts and streaming hours.

Your primary goal will be to secure $750,000 USD for production, working closely with high-net-worth individuals, investment groups, and potential Executive Producers. This is an opportunity to be part of a series that is projected to generate triple the investment, supported by a star actor and distribution on two major streaming platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to secure capital for El Rogue, with a total target of $750,000 USD.
• Engage and build relationships with potential investors, presenting compelling investment opportunities.
• Manage the entire investment process, from prospecting and pitching to closing and managing investor relations.
• Ensure investors understand their guaranteed residual earnings based on view counts/hours streamed of the program.
• Offer investment packages, including:
• Executive Producer Title:
• $7,500 Investment: 1% of all distribution profits from the series .
• $750,000 Investment: 100% of all distribution profits from series.
• Highlight the project’s major distribution agreements with Sojos TV and Amazon Prime, emphasizing the growth potential of the series.
• Promote the series' strong potential for significant returns due to high demand in streaming markets and its strong casting.
• Report regularly on capital acquisition progress to the TMG Entertainment executive team.



Compensation & Perks

• Commission-Based Earnings:
• 7.5% on the first acquired investment ( As A Team )
• 5% on the second acquired investment. ( As A Team )
• 2.5% on the third acquired investment and onward. ( As A Team)

• Proven experience in capital acquisition, fundraising, or investor relations, ideally within the entertainment, media, or film industry.

• Passion for film, TV, and media, with a deep understanding of industry trends, particularly in streaming platforms.
