Responsible for the development of testing plans, strategy analysis, case design, test execution, and risk assessment for product modules;
Independently responsible for quality assurance of product modules, including functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation;
Able to independently develop or select appropriate testing tools to enhance the efficiency of the individual and the team;
Analyze issues within the internal processes of the project team, propose effective measures for improvement, and drive implementation.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with more than 2 years of experience in test development;
Proficient in testing processes, familiar with test case design methodologies, capable of in-depth analysis of product requirements and development designs, and able to provide reasonable suggestions;
Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java or Python;
Experience in developing testing tool platforms, performance testing, and continuous integration is preferred; experience in big data, high concurrency testing, and high availability testing is a plus;
Excellent driving ability, strong learning capability, and proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems;
Experience in finance-related testing is preferred. Working hours: 09:00-18:00, with weekends off. Interview format: Video interview, 3-4 rounds. Schedule: To be completed within one day | Interviews can be conducted after working hours.
