Role: Chargeback Processing Clerk

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift  

Job Description:  

• Review documentation submitted by merchants—including transaction records, customer interactions, and agreements—to validate chargeback claims and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit detailed evidence packages to financial institutions to dispute chargebacks on behalf of carriers.
• Perform quality control on data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy.

Requirements:  

• Proven experience in chargeback processing, dispute resolution, or a similar role in the financial services industry.

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
