Job Description

Description

  • Responsible for employee compensation statistics: Based on the company's compensation policies and attendance records, accurately calculate employees' monthly salaries, bonuses, benefits, etc., to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the compensation budget.
  • Basic operations: Familiar with Singapore's employment management policies, handle work permits and labour and employment benefits for employees.
  • Employee consultation and communication: Answer employees' questions regarding employment, compensation, benefits, etc., and handle salary-related complaints and issues.

Requirements

  • Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources Management, Financial Management, Accounting or related fields is preferred.
  • Work experience: At least 2 years of working experience related to compensation and performance.
  • Proficient in office software such as Excel, and be able to conduct data analysis using functions.
  • Understand national labor laws and regulations, especially those related to compensation.
  • Have good data sensitivity and analysis ability.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese with internal stakeholders is a plus point
