JOB SUMMARY

The Compliance Staff is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of the organization's ethical standards, compliance policies, and regulatory adherence. This role involves conducting audits, maintaining compliance documentation, validating membership and award eligibility, and providing guidance to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. The Compliance Staff plays a vital role in fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability within the organization.


SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


POLICY IMPLEMENTATION & MONITORING

  • Assist in the dissemination and implementation of updated compliance policies, codes of ethics, and procedures, ensuring timely communication across organizations.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements reporting any deviations.


INVESTIGATIONS & VERIFICATIONS

  • Conduct background checks as requested by the Board or Committee Chairperson, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Validate eligibility for awards, certifications, and other recognitions based on established criteria and standards.
  • Verify and authenticate membership credentials to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational guidelines.


DOCUMENTATION & ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Print and create employee identification cards, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies to review, highlighting key findings and recommendations.


SUPPORT & COLLABORATION

  • Provide administrative and operational support to assigned committees, ensuring the successful execution of their objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Compliance Officer or other organizational leadership.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE


EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in compliance, audit, or administrative roles (experience in an ethical compliance or regulatory environment is preferred).
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
