Position Description
As a Contracts Coordinator, your main responsibility is to support the Sales team by handling non-sales tasks. This includes managing Sales Contracts, updating Salesforce (SFDC), reporting, tracking, and providing administrative assistance. Your duties include:
- Checking inventory and documenting all signed QIAGEN Sales Contracts (both within and outside of SFDC)
- Researching and analyzing statutes, agreements, and terms and conditions of sales contracts, then providing written reports to the manager and stakeholders
- Gaining a clear understanding of contracts, and if necessary, interviewing sales teams or relevant contacts about the sales contracts you're working on
- Organizing, retrieving, and preparing sales contracts, including attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and any other pertinent documents to fill in missing data and code it in SFDC
- Entering and cleaning sales contract data in SFDC
- Ensuring pricing schedules are accurate and follow established SOPs
- Collaborating with relevant parties as needed
- Coordinating with the legal team for advice on specific terms in sales contracts, when required
- Updating and maintaining SFDC based on business needs
- Creating reports from SFDC and/or SAP
- Performing any other related tasks as assigned
- Prepares compliance reports (Excel proficient).

- Must be an Excel savvy
