Description

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and manage cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and provide financial analysis.
  • Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for projects.
  • Prepare and maintain cost estimates and forecasts.
  • Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate prices.
  • Monitor project costs and identify variances.
  • Collaborate with project managers to implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in cost engineering or project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis; strong analytical skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may require some site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communicator, and able to work under pressure.
