Description
- Develop and oversee the execution of creative strategies across all brand touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia professionals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive leadership to align creative vision with business objectives.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across platforms.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in a senior creative role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and brand work.
- Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, branding, and digital media.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment.
- Background in video production, animation, or photography.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and how creative impacts performance.
