Description

We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through phone call. Answer customer inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

College graduate with/without work experience or at least 2nd year college (72 units) with 6 months Call Center Experience.
