What we’re looking for

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong problem-solving abilities.

● Team player with a collaborative attitude.

● Active listening and empathy for customer needs.

● Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office (Preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time, Dayshift

Onsite (Iloilo Office)|2nd Floor Iloilo Gateway Hotel & Suites, Brgy. Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo
