- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and assist with order processing.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in customer management software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular working hours with potential for overtime during peak seasons.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
