- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in customer service is a plus.
- Experience Level: No CCE Required | C1 CEFR w/ good to excellent communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, interpersonal, organizational, technical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain records, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based or remote, requiring regular use of computers and communication tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude are essential.
