  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues promptly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
