As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. We seek individuals who are proactive, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Order Management: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Additional Duties: Assist with other customer service-related tasks as assigned.
职位要求
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Financial Services or a related customer service field.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent problem-solving abilities; attention to detail.
Attributes: Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
Flexibility: Ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
Additional Information:
This is a Full-time position, onsite role located in Quezon City
Shifting schedule supporting various time zones
