Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication; strong interpersonal skills; problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
