Description

  • Ensure adherence to customs regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for smooth customs clearance.
  • Prepare and review import/export documentation.
  • Conduct compliance audits and training for staff.
  • Resolve customs-related issues and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Customs Compliance Coordinator
  • Education: Not required
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in customs compliance
  • Skills and Competencies:Written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in customs declaration
  • Knowledge of PEZA documentation
  • Importing and exporting goods experience
  • Expertise in customs clearance and logistics
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Ensure compliance with customs regulations
  • Prepare and submit customs documentation
  • Coordinate logistics for import and export
  • Working Conditions: Office-based, may require field visits
