Description
- Handles and monitor of Cash Advance transaction
- Liquidates cash Advance/replenishment
- Handles daily disbursement fund
- Updates Bank reconciliation
- Summarized monthly paid Utility bills and prepares EWT on Telephone, Electric and Water Bill
- Summarized monthly filed EWT
- Summarize weekly/monthly total PCF expenses
- Files specific documents for recording purposes
- Other task assigned by Immediate Superior
Requirements
- Bachelor Graduate, preferably Accountancy, Management and/or Business Administration
- With at least 6 months related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate (Word,Excel and Powerpoint) and computer savvy
- Can work under pressure
- Ability to perform teamwork and/or independently
- Ability to analyze complex situation
