Marketing Manager – Facebook Media Buying

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Facebook Media Buying Marketing Manager to lead our paid social advertising initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Facebook Ads (Meta platforms), performance marketing, and the fast-paced world of digital growth—particularly in entertainment, e-commerce, or high-engagement digital verticals.

As the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver high-performing ad campaigns. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and driving measurable results through Facebook and Instagram advertising.

Experience in fast-paced, digital-first industries is highly preferred, especially in environments where paid media is a core growth driver.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to meet performance and ROI goals.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle—from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and placement to maximize efficiency.
  • Analyze ad performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging and effective ad creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads Manager updates, policies, and algorithm changes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and audience behaviors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage daily and monthly ad spend budgets with accuracy and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta media buying.
  • Proven success running direct response campaigns with measurable ROAS.
  • Deep understanding of Facebook pixel, conversion tracking, retargeting, and custom audiences.
  • Experience with campaign automation tools, bid strategies, and dynamic creative optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Experience with other paid platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Google Ads) is an added advantage.
