We are looking for a dedicated Artistic Gymnastics Coach and Rhythmic Coach to join our coaching team based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in gymnastics coaching and the ability to train athletes at varying levels—from recreational to those aiming for advanced skills. A commitment to creating a positive, engaging atmosphere is essential, ensuring every gymnast enjoys their journey and progresses in their abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to gymnasts of different skill levels, from beginners to advanced recreational athletes.
• Teach and demonstrate proper techniques across all apparatus (floor, vault, bars, beam).
• Provide individualized attention to gymnasts, ensuring they progress in skill development while maintaining safety.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment that encourages discipline, confidence, and a passion for gymnastics.
• Track athletes’ progress and adjust training sessions as needed to support their ongoing development.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to deliver a cohesive, high-quality program.
• Uphold a high standard of safety and professionalism, following all safety protocols.
• Organize and participate in gymnastics events, exhibitions, and showcases as needed.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, boosting athletes’ confidence and discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years coaching artistic/rythmic gymnastics across various age groups and skill levels.
• Certifications: FIG (Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique) Coaching Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Coaching Skills: Demonstrated ability to instruct gymnastics techniques for all apparatus and across different levels.
• Passion for Gymnastics: Genuine enthusiasm for the sport and dedication to helping gymnasts improve their skills and enjoy training.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective interaction with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of safety procedures in a gymnastics training environment.
