Position: Flutter Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality cross-platform (iOS/Android/Web) applications based on the Flutter framework.
• Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues (such as rendering efficiency, memory management, multi-platform compatibility, etc.).
• Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and backend teams to ensure that technical solutions align closely with business requirements.
• Lead technical solution reviews and promote coding standards, test coverage, and best engineering practices.
• Explore cutting-edge Flutter technologies (such as Impeller, FFI, Isolate, etc.) to enhance the team's technical competitiveness.

Essential Requirements:

• Over 5 years of mobile development experience, with more than 3 years in commercial Flutter projects, having led at least 2 complete Flutter projects to launch.
• Proficient in Dart language, with a deep understanding of Flutter framework principles (Widget tree, rendering pipeline, state management, etc.).
• Familiar with Native (Android/iOS) development, capable of independently handling platform-related functionalities (such as native plugin development, performance optimization).
• Skilled in using state management tools like Riverpod/Bloc, with expertise in the deep optimization of commonly used libraries such as GetX and FlutterBoost.
• Experience in complex animations, custom drawing, and multithreaded programming.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes (such as Fastlane, Codemagic), with experience in automated testing (Unit/Widget/Integration).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Web or desktop (Flutter Desktop) development.
• Participation in open-source Flutter projects or contributions to the tech community.
