Description
- Assist customers in selecting food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Process transactions and handle cash register
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation and service
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cashiering, waitering, and providing excellent customer service in a quick service restaurant environment.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential standing for long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be customer-oriented, friendly, and able to work well in teams.
