Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for user growth in the Chinese market, enhancing user scale and transaction activity
- Expand and manage KOL collaborations in Chinese regions, evaluate channel value, and drive efficient conversions
- Identify and connect with potential partners such as media and communities to enhance brand influence and recognition in Chinese-speaking markets
Requirements
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a deep understanding of crypto project ecosystems and meme culture
- KOL (Key Opinion Leader) background or previous experience in content/community growth is preferred
- Mandarin as the primary working language; proficiency in a second language (English, Korean, Vietnamese, Russian) is a plus
- Possess established media, KOL, or community resources, with the ability to drive collaborations directly is preferred
- Strong communication skills, quick learner, able to adapt to changes and solve problems independently
- Sensitive to industry trends, with strong execution ability, self-motivation, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with on-chain transactions and interactions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with preference for graduates from well-known institutions
- Prior experience with trading bot projects is preferred
