Description
- Coordinate guidance and values formation programs
- Develop and issue educational content for counseling activities and programs
- Monitor students' academic progress and address academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Evaluate and document students’ behavior and progressProvide individual and group counseling to students.
- Support students in career and college readiness
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student development
- Maintain student records and ensure confidentiality
- Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and records
- Maintain student rapport and communication
- Organize supplies and resources for programs and presentations
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidate should possess at least Professional License in Guidance Counseling or equivalent. (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam or registered to take Board)
- Preferably 1-2 years experience, specialized in Education or equivalent
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
