Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service standards.
Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Willing to be assigned in Baguio City
