Description
- Responsible for providing high caliber individuals that are fit for vacant position as well as with the culture of the company.
- Responsible in updating the manpower requisition monitoring.
- Responsible for on-line posting of job vacancies through jobstreet and other on-line portals.
- Conducts job fairs in different schools/universities, and cities/municipalities.
- Creates partnership with different schools/universities/cities and municipalities for recruitment purposes.
- Analyzes the group's recruitment trend and proposes plans and activities to improve recruitment.
- Explores new means in sourcing and inviting applicants.
- Responsible for shortlisting and scheduling of applicants for an exam and interview.
- Checks, reviews results and conducts the initial interview and endorses qualified applicants.
- Provides notice for employees due for regularization.
- Responsible for managing the entire OJT Program of the company, as well as other recruitment programs.
- Responsible for the overall on-boarding processes or newly hired employees.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course in the related field
- Must have at least one to two (1-2) years work experience in recruitment or related field
- Must possess a good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong business sense
- Must be driven, keen into details and organized
- Must be able to multi-task on minimum supervision, and handle pressure
