Position: HRGA Staff

Location: Mandaue City, Cebu (Has office in Davao del sur as well)

Salary Offer: Php18,000 - Php25,000

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM

Work Set Up: Work on Site

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting the HR and administrative functions of an organization, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, and general administrative tasks.
• Assisting with employee benefits programs.
• Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies. 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same role.
• Has experience as Individual Contributor
• Ha experience handle HR facet /Admin and Receptionist)
• Amenable to work as soon as possible
• Amenable to attend face to face
