Description
- Process end-to-end payroll including timekeeping, computation, and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and deductions.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR teams to ensure alignment on payroll schedules and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
- Familiarity with payroll software/tools and government reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas.
