Requirements

- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills; proficient in HR software.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options; may require extended hours during critical projects.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership qualities, empathy, strong decision-making abilities, and confidentiality.
