Our partner, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions with a global presence, is looking for a talented and motivated
HRIS IT Business Analyst to join their growing team. With over 20 years in the industry, they operate across a diverse range of sectors, including food and beverage, personal care, healthcare, and industrial markets. In this position, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the People & Culture and Information Technology departments. Through close collaboration with both teams, you will identify areas for improvement and conduct in-depth process and data analysis to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to engage with key business executives and your contributions will be vital in driving the successful implementation of the departments' strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze People & Culture processes to identify system improvements and align HRIS functionality.
- Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights that drive business strategies and digital transformation.
- Maintain documentation of business processes, system requirements, project plans, charters, status reports, and post-project reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop test plans, troubleshoot issues, ensure defect-free implementation, and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project performance, milestones, and areas for improvement. Ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Apply project management methodologies, ensure effective scope management, and contribute to successful project planning, delivery, and change management.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related program.
- Preferably at least 10 years of experience in IT, with strong technical acumen in HR Hire-to-Retire processes, SAP integrations, and HRIS solutions.
- Highly skilled in business analysis, project management, process mapping, workflow optimization, and test script development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Experience in delegating tasks within cross-functional teams and ensuring effective collaboration.
- Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in HR-IT projects and digital transformation, with a focus on BI analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to evolving business needs and technology changes.
