Description

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
Support employee relations and address workplace issues.
Administer benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Familiarity with local labor laws, government permit processing (AEP, VISA), and compliance procedures.
Adaptability or ability to easily adjust with minor supervision.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Can perform timekeeping and payroll process.
Familiar with General Affairs activities

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Level: 2-4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, computer literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in human resource planning.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
