Description

The Key Account Specialist for Watsons plays a pivotal role in supporting the Key Account Manager (KAM) by ensuring effective trade checks and monitoring stock levels in all Watsons Accounts. She assists the KAM in coordinating with accounts and perform a range of administrative and clerical tasks, providing essential support for daily office operations and administrative activities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor Consignment Accounts: Oversee consignment accounts for Watsons to ensure stock orders (S.O.) are placed, delivered to stores, and properly displayed by merchandisers. Maintain up-to-date data monitoring.
  • Coordinate with Trade: Collaborate with Trade Marketing to verify that stock orders are successfully delivered to the stores.
  • Store Visits and Trade Checking: Conduct regular store visits and trade checks to ensure stock availability in the selling area, accurate price tagging, no near-expiry products, and proper execution of promotional activities. Created suggested order, monitor competitor activity as well.
  • Support for CM/KAM: Assist Channel Managers (CM) and Key Account Managers (KAM) by preparing necessary materials, such as product samples, for meetings at Head Offices. When attending meetings, take and prepare minutes.
  • Weekly Trade Check Report: Every Monday, KAA shares a weekly trade check photo report with concern relevant to merchandisers in BUSA Head Office.
  • Monitor Out-of-Stocks and Critical SKUs: Track stockouts and critical SKUs, reporting to KAM for proper notification to accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as requested by KAM, including tasks such as PWP (Price with Purchase), PPF (Purchase Proposal Form), Proposal Letter and product sample requests, accounting approval. Filling of documents, as well as other admin & clerical tasks.
  • P.O. Monitoring: Monitor purchase orders and report any missing or delayed P.O.s to KAM weekly for follow-up with key buyers.
  • Merchandiser Reports: Monitor merchandisers' reports on GC (general conditions), such as display pictures and price implementation, and notify KAM if any action is required to address merchandiser concerns.
  • Merchandiser Work Plan Monitoring: Ensure that the work plans of merchandisers include Watsons Accounts, specifically for monitoring S.O. and delivery. Assist with any coordination needed for efficient stock and delivery tracking.


Requirements

  • College degree preferably in Business Management, Marketing or any related field.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office: word, excel, power point. Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
