【Job Responsibilities】

1. KOL Management and Collaboration: Develop and implement a global KOL collaboration strategy, establish long-term partnerships, and expand the company's influence within the industry.

2. Event Planning and Execution: Plan innovative marketing campaigns, coordinate KOL resources for promotion, and ensure maximum effectiveness of the events.

3. Content Optimization and Dissemination: Analyze the effectiveness of content published by KOLs and optimize promotion strategies based on data to enhance brand exposure and user engagement.

4. Negotiation and Contract Management: Responsible for negotiating collaborations with KOLs, managing contracts and partnership terms, ensuring budget is used efficiently and performance targets are met.

• 5. Trend Analysis and Reporting: Monitor industry trends, adjust KOL strategies accordingly, and regularly provide analysis reports on collaboration effectiveness.

【Job Requirements】

1. Experience: Over 3 years of experience in KOL or social media operations, with preference given to candidates with a background in the cryptocurrency industry.

2. Resources: Possess an extensive network of international KOLs and collaboration experience, capable of rapidly driving global market projects.

3. Skills: Strong data analysis capabilities and keen market insights, able to optimize promotional strategies based on data.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to efficiently coordinate internal and external resources to drive project execution.
