• Provide technical assistance and support for customers encountering issues with products.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems and offer effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field.
• Must have own motorcycle and have a valid driver license
• 3-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management, After-Sales Maintenance, Pre-Sale Product Demonstration, and Sales Training.
• Provide technical assistance, resolve customer inquiries, conduct product demonstrations, and support sales training efforts.
• Office environment with occasional remote support; flexible hours may be required.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
