Descrição:
- Coordinate communication between clients and collections teams.
- Manage follow-ups on outstanding payments and account inquiries.
- Resolve client issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare reports on collection status and client feedback.
- Support compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Conduct outreach to educate clients on payment processes.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in collection or a related area.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong driving skills, effective communication, decision-making abilities, and responsible handling of tasks.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork involving driving and client interactions in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, approachable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to different situations.
