Job Title: Healthcare Account Associate (College Graduate) – Work On-site Only

Job Overview:

We are seeking college graduates to join our growing Healthcare Account team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to start a career in healthcare support, customer service, or medical administration. As a Healthcare Account Associate, you will assist patients, members, or providers with inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing, medical services, and healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, emails, or chats from healthcare members, patients, or providers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Provide accurate information about health plans, benefits, authorizations, and claims status
  • Assist in resolving billing, eligibility, and service-related concerns
  • Use CRM and healthcare systems to log and update account information
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and service improvement
  • Meet quality assurance standards, productivity goals, and client expectations

Requirements

  • College graduate (any course; Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology, or Communication preferred)

Preferred courses: Nursing, Allied Health, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or any healthcare-related or customer-oriented field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn healthcare-related terms and systems
  • No experience required; BPO or customer service experience is a plus
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts or weekends

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of U.S. healthcare systems (HMO, PPO, Medicaid, Medicare) is an advantage
  • Experience with customer service or healthcare accounts (voice or non-voice) is a plus
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ability to handle sensitive patient information



Experience:

  • No prior experience required – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • BPO or healthcare customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
