OTC Sales

Job Responsibilities:

• Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts.
• Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
• Execute and manage OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading, etc.).
• Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferred
• A strong network of clients for on/off ramp services and/or block trading activities.
• Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.
• Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to speak the local language. Fluency in English is required.
