Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients globally, presenting our services compellingly and professionally.
- Identify and assess client needs, tailoring our offerings to meet those requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to enhance lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and meet established sales goals.
- Informed about international real estate trends to provide relevant insights and effectively handle client inquiries
Requirement
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound sales.
- Real estate experience with a focus on international markets is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
