Description
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding to enhance finish quality.
- Use polishing tools and compounds to achieve desired shine.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and defects.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- knowledge of different finishes (e.g. mirror, satin, brushed)
- Skilled in using polishing tools and abrasives.
- Attention to detail to achieve high quality surface finishes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in sheet metal polishing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sheet metal processes, attention to detail, and familiarity with polishing tools.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
