2. Continuously research cutting-edge developments and products in the Web3 and AI fields.

1. Bachelor's degree or above (preferably from a 211 university)

2. Proficient in English as a working language (required to coordinate with global teams)

3. Over three years of full-cycle design experience in Web3 products (case studies required), with experience leading products from 0 to 1

4. Involvement in at least one AI product or related functional module design (e.g., algorithm recommendation, automation tools, AI Agent, etc.)

5. In-depth user experience with mainstream Web3 products (such as DeFi/DApp/Pump.fun, etc.), with the ability to deconstruct their design logic

6. Familiarity with the core technical framework of AI applications (e.g., Virtuals)

7. Proficient in using product design tools (Figma/Axure) and able to deliver prototypes that include technical implementation paths

8. Capable of designing Tokenomics, with an understanding of the relationship between token economics and user incentives

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in projects combining Web3 and AI

2. Basic understanding of smart contract development or machine learning principles
