About the Role

Sinag Muse is looking for someone to bring our slightly chaotic, high-comfort energy to life offline. Think of our events as real-life extensions of The Muse Letter: cozy, curious, and tastefully unhinged. We're not trying to throw a party just for the Instagram stories. We’re crafting safe, sensory micro-universes where people can unmask, eat carbs, and maybe cry a little (in a good way).

This is an onsite freelance role, paid per event.

What You’ll Do

• Host and facilitate The Muse Letter IRL events (frequency varies, but we’ll give you a heads-up)
• Set the tone, manage energy, and help people feel included—not cornered
• Work closely with our team to bring concepts to life in a way that feels lived-in, not forced
• Be the emotional thermostat of the room (yes, it’s a real skill)
• Lightly encourage, never pressure. We’re allergic to forced fun.
• Work alongside our community manager, who’ll be recording content during events.

• You know how to make people feel welcome without making it a big deal
• You can read a room and adjust, whether it needs quiet or laughter
• You’re comfortable being the point person, but you’re not trying to be the center of attention
• You like being around people—and you’re especially good with the ones who take a little time to warm up
• You’re fluent in English, Tagalog, and pop culture references
• You’re up to date on trends, current events, and can keep a crowd engaged
• You can keep things running without needing everything to go perfectly
• You handle curveballs—latecomers, changed plans, unexpected feelings—without spiraling
• You’re steady when things get weird, and quick on your feet when things shift
