We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead and manage local activities for a major ERP migration project, transitioning from SAP ECC to a new tenant. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless local communication, vendor coordination, testing, and issue resolution while aligning with global program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Project Management & Coordination:

• Lead and manage local ERP migration activities, ensuring timely completion within scope.
• Collaborate with the Central team to synchronize local and global project timelines.
• Monitor and address risks or issues specific to local activities.

? Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary contact for local stakeholders, including business teams and vendors.
• Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress clearly and effectively.
• Provide regular status reports to the PH Head of Solutions Delivery.

? Vendor Liaison & Integration:

• Coordinate with vendors for SAP ECC integration with non-SAP applications.
• Facilitate effective communication between local teams and external vendors.

? Testing Facilitation:

• Lead local testing activities, ensuring business units are prepared and engaged.
• Collaborate with the Central team to align testing processes with overall timelines.
• Track testing progress and resolve issues during testing phases.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with local business functions (e.g., finance, operations, IT) to incorporate business requirements.
• Support business teams during the transition to the new ERP system.

? Issue Resolution & Escalation:

• Act as the first point of escalation for local issues, working with the Central team and vendors to resolve them.
• Proactively identify risks or blockers and collaborate with stakeholders for mitigation.

Required Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management, particularly with ERP implementations/migrations (especially SAP ECC).

✅ Strong experience managing cross-functional projects with SAP and non-SAP systems integration.

✅ Proven ability to coordinate testing and resolve issues in complex, multi-team projects.

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

✅ PMP or relevant project management certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC architecture.

⭐ Familiarity with non-SAP applications and integration methodologies.

⭐ Experience working in a global or multi-geography environment.
