Description
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct audits and assist with tax filings.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Manage financial transactions, prepare reports, conduct reconciliations, and oversee budgets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant, Financial Management, Budgeting, Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Cash Management, proficient in Accounting Software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours with potential overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and integrity.
