Qualifications

• Required Skill(s): Analytical, Critical, and Logic Thinking, Detail Oriented

• Knowledgeable in all measuring instruments frequently used in inspections & testing

• Adept in testing equipment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiar with BOSH standards

• Willing to travel and to be assigned to the project

Job Description

• Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts, structures or products for defects and deviations from specifications.

• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.

• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.

• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.

Special Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

• Thorough knowledge of recognized building codes or equivalent standards.

• Proven ability in construction techniques with emphasis on soil mechanics, foundations, retaining walls, structural steel, masonry, building interiors, building finishes, roof systems, etc.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
