Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Real Estate Broker Associate. The Real Estate Broker Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with local and national regulations. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.


Qualifications

  • Brokerage and Real Estate skills
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and dealing with Real Property
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Skilled in using virtual tools and technology for real estate transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends is a plus
