Description
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Monitor risk-related metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Train staff on risk awareness and management strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in risk management or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in risk assessment tools, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop risk management policies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel; collaborative team setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills.
